Meal time

Eating is one of my favorite activities (no big secret there and a theme I have repeated often over the last 11 months), but I love to get control of the spoon. I'm not great at putting the food on it yet, but continue to be efficient taking the food off (no matter who might be holding the spoon).

Rocking chair

After I throw my animals off of the chair I love to push it across the floor. Well what I really like is to get in the chair (backwards) and rock. Today for some reason I decided to turn around and rock in the normal way (the way that doesn't scare Mommy and Daddy).

Head start

Don't blink because you will miss it. My dog Pete and I are usually in the same place most of the time, but on this occassion he gave me a bit of head start toward the kitchen when I heard the microwave going. Although he beat me to the finish line, I bet I got fed first.

Harvest confusion

I was led to believe that harvest was the time of sun and temperate weather (especially in the South)--wrong! I braved the cold and wind in my winter gear in search of a great pumpkin. The harvest has been good even with weeks of rain and cold and they were plentiful this year. I really enjoyed standing with them. click on picture to enlarge
