I am certainly quite in tune with the "meal signs." Really if you look and listen hard enough the clues are there. There is the running of water in the kitchen sink which often means mixing my milk, there is the microwave and good things always come out of there, there is the putting on of the bib (Mama is a huge believer in bibs) and probably the most obvious is the roll of the high chair to the table.
The same signs exist at LEAD--sometimes the afternoon snack doesn't include a bib but uses a wash cloth (put into my shirt Daddy style). I got a hold of the baby wipes Sunday afternoon and well they are wash cloth size so decided I would prepare myself for another meal. I was rewarded for my effort with some tasty yogurt bites.
