So many things go into changing a diaper, but I am getting the hang of the sequencing--well I'm trying to help at any rate. First, close the shutters (you really have to slam them to make sure that no one can peek in). Second, make sure the special pad is underneath you, but if its not sitting just right throw it on the floor as the real pad is just fine. Third, unfold and try to position the diaper.
