I've been greeting "Happy" (my pumpkin) for weeks as I enter and exit the house, but today I was thrilled to get to see what Happy was really made of. Turns out he is very tasty--not sure if it was that carving was so close to dinner or that I was bound to like pumpkin because I like to eat everything. 
Unsure about the first bite, but the "yums" came quickly as did the second bite.
